Six elementary school children were taken to the hospital after eating snacks laced with drugs. Several kids complained about stomach aches and feeling dizzy at a Southern California elementary school on Thursday. The culprit? According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, a bag of Hot Cheetos that had been laced with marijuana. Authorities say 9 kids had bad reactions to the shared altered Cheetos, and 6 were taken to the hospital. Inside Edition Digital has more.
9-year-old student suspended for ‘unknowingly’ eating marijuana-laced candy

She says she got very sick and had to be sent home. She is questioning the way the school and Klein ISD handled the incident since the child was initially going to be expelled, then ended up being suspended, for breaking the school’s food policy.
Wedding Food Was Laced With Marijuana
A bride and her caterer in Seminole County have been accused of lacing wedding food served to guests with marijuana, according to arrest warrant affidavits. Around 30-40 people were at the venue and several complained of stomach pains and vomiting, authorities said. In two affidavits, authorities state that the bride and caterer have been charged with culpable negligence, delivery of marijuana, and violating Florida’s Anti-Tampering Act, according to the outlet.
