Friends and family gathered to remember 16-year-old Tioni Theus. She loved golf, tennis, singing and dancing. The teen’s body was found along a freeway in Los Angeles, California, earlier this month. Her family is hoping for answers as to who could have killed her and left her there. Authorities have offered $60,000 in reward money to help find her killer. Other lawmakers are calling for another $50,000 to be added to the reward.
