Eighteen-year-old high school student Skyler Fluss claimed on social media that she was pulled over for drunk driving, but talked her way out of it by giving a sob story about breaking up with her boyfriend. She even said she failed a breathalyzer, and that instead of arresting her, the cop asked her out. But the sheriff’s office released bodycam footage showing what really happened — and Skyler says she’s embarrassed.

Inside Edition looked into several cases where people were charged with DUIs despite blood or urine tests showing they were not intoxicated.
A trooper stopped an alleged drunk driver with her own squad car. It happened in Florida where the State Highway Patrol says a car plowed through a series of roadblocks that were set up for a 10K race. Troopers say they sped after the car, fearing it might hurt runners in its path while other troopers used their cars to try and stop the vehicle. The suspect ended up crashing into one of those patrol cars almost head-on. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
