Justin Gonzalez pinned Molina to the ground after he tried to flee the scene. Police say he consumed eight double-vodka red bull cocktails and 16 single shots. The suspect pleaded guilty to intoxication manslaughter.

Idaho murder house will be torn down
The owner of the house where four University of Idaho students were murdered in November is giving the house to the university. That house, on King Street, will be demolished, U of I President Scott Green said Friday in an email to students and employees.
