A motorcyclist thought he could beat the police during a chase, but they met their match in the California Highway Patrol. A report says the chase started out on the 405 freeway in Long Beach after officers observed him speeding. A helicopter recorded the rider’s movements, including the CHP officer who was tailing him the whole time. The motorcyclist never could shake the tail.
