Duct-Taped Airline Passenger Sentenced to Prison
Video of Maxwell Berry howling while duct-taped to an airline seat went viral in August of 2021. Police say he groped the breasts and backsides of two female flight attendants, and is seen on video punching a male attendant. Flight attendants used seat-belt extenders and tape to keep him seated. Berry pled guilty to three counts of assault and the judge gave him 60 days in prison with one year of supervised release.
Shooting at Smoke Shop Leaves Suspect Dead in California
A shootout at a smoke shop in California left one person dead and two suspects at large. The Los Angeles County Sheriff released this video of the incident. He says four individuals entered the shop and pointed a handgun at an employee, who was an armed security guard for the business. Video shows when the guard drew his weapon, a gun battle broke out and the suspects ran for the door, but the gunfire continued. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.

Woman Left Hate Notes on Neighbor’s Car for 2 Years
An Oregon woman was caught in the act, leaving a hateful note on her neighbor’s car. Now that neighbor is suing her, alleging this has been going on for two years. The lawsuit alleges there have been at least 20 of these notes left on the plaintiff’s car right outside of their home at all hours of the day. With the help of a private investigator, the plaintiff was able to obtain video of a note being placed on the car. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
School bus driver hailed hero after bus went up in flames
Janet O’Connell was driving the Imagine Schools West Melbourne students home when her bus started smoking. Students said that smoke quickly started to fill the bus.
