Doomsday Cult Mom Lori Vallow Daybell Appears in Court
During an arraignment hearing on Tuesday, an Idaho judge entered a not-guilty plea for “doomsday cult mom” Lori Vallow Daybell. Vallow Daybell refused to enter a plea of her own, prompting the judge to enter a not guilty plea on her behalf. Her arraignment was delayed for months while she underwent treatment at a mental health facility to deem if she was competent to stand trial. Last week the judge stated that Vallow Daybell was competent to stand trial, prompting the case to go forward. Currently, Vallow Daybell faces charges including the murder of her two children and conspiring the murder her former husband.

Queens Mom Murder: Cops Say Suspect Arrested Is Her Ex-Lover
A man described as an ex-lover has been charged with the murder of a New York mom who was savagely stabbed to death in her basement and whose body was later found in a duffel bag, authorities said Thursday. David Bonola, 44, was a handyman who’d done work at the Queens home of 51-year-old Orsolya Gaal and her family. Officials say Bonola not only confessed to murdering Gaal, but also said he’d had an “intimate affair” with her for two years.
USS The Sullivans Needs to Be Saved From Sinking
A legendary Navy warship is in danger of sinking as legislators scramble to save it. The ship, called USS The Sullivans, is now a floating museum in Buffalo, New York. It was named after the five Sullivan brothers, who all lost their lives in World War II when the ship they were serving on together was torpedoed. Their story was portrayed in the 1944 movie “The Fighting Sullivans,” and was the inspiration for Steven Spielberg’s classic “Saving Private Ryan.” Granddaughter Kelly Sullivan spoke to Inside Edition.
YouTuber Crashed Airplane on Purpose; FAA Says
A YouTuber had his pilot’s license revoked for crashing a plane on purpose. Trevor Jacob has over 130,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel, where he posts his adventures. It’s a plane crash from December 2021 that has Jacob in hot water with the Federal Aviation Authority. After an investigation, the FAA has revoked Trevor Jacob’s private pilot certification, saying the crash was “egregious and intentional.”
