Beloved “Sesame Street” character Elmo has spoken out after a resurfaced clip from 2004 shows him having a full-on meltdown when a rock beats him to the last oatmeal cookie. To which even Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson chimed in to share his thoughts on rocks eating cookies.
